As part of the implementation of the Ile-a-Vache development plan, the Haitian government,
represented by the Ministry of Tourism, is issuing a public call for expressions of interest for the
selection of developers/private investors wishing to produce and distribute energy with a hybrid,
solar, and thermal system in the Communes of Ile-a-Vache and the South.
The guideline documents with the annexes that have been developed for applicants can be
found at the Investment Department of the Ministry of Tourism or on the following websites:

Proposals from interested developers/investors must be submitted to the Ministry of Tourism by
Wednesday, May 7, 2014, at 3:00 pm at the following address: #8, Rue Légitime, Port-au-Prince.
