The Love A Child non-profit is building and planning to launch in September 2014 the biggest Marketplace in the country. Located near the Miracle Village it will consist of twelve pavilion-style buildings on 20+ acres of land. It will be able to host over 600 small businesses, and promises to ultimately support an estimated 2400 jobs.

"This marketplace will create a vibrant new economy for Haiti, Hispaniola and, in time, the region in general," announced the organization on its website.

Pastor Jentezen Franklin and Kingdom Connection Partners committed the $1,000,000 needed to build the facility.

Love A Child is a Christian humanitarian organization serving the needs of children in Haiti. Founders Bobby and Sherry Burnette live year-round in Haiti at the Love A Child Orphanage. The organization will broadcast live The Love A Child’s Christian radio station through the Marketplace facility.
