    Wilfrid Mesadieu was born to a family of farmers in Hinche, a town in the Central Department of Haiti.

    Wilfrid did his Agronomy Studies at the Central University of Venezuela with a specialization in Rural Development and Natural Resources. He continually expands on his knowledge by pursuing courses on Coursera, the free online education platform. He is currently looking at courses in Tropical Agriculture (crop production option).

    He is the author of the book entitled, "Compost, the best fertilizer" (97-07-239 Legal Deposit, National Library).

    Wilfrid is a Project analysis consultant on behalf of the United Nations (ERRF funds); founding member of the Platform of National Organizations and the Haitian Civil Society; Coordinator of the Organization America Continental 2000 working in partnership with 35 community organizations established in the West and Central Departments.

    Currently, Wilfrid is experimenting on an economic stimulus project via the agricultural sector in 4 axes of interesting productions to market value and rapid effects: The chickens, guinea fowl, fish and tilapia Rose Moringa. He promotes the Moringa cultivation in Haiti. His goal this year is to reach out to 3,000 agricultural entrepreneurs.
