Overview

• Rony Delgarde founded Global Paint for Charity, Inc. (“Global Paints” or “GPC”) in 2010. It is his mission to embrace the importance of protecting the environment as he enriches the lives of underserved communities around the world. Delgarde grew up in Haiti and immigrated to the United States seeking a college education. His transitional journey as a new immigrant to becoming a naturalized citizen brought with it the ambition to create a lasting contribution to his global community. Rony Delgarde was recently named a 2013 Allstate Champion for Good as a part of the Give It Up For Good campaign.
  
  Along with managing the operations of GPC, Delgarde is a Logistics Operation Specialist and Management Consultant by trade who recently served as the Southeast Regional Distribution Center Manager at Fleetpride. Prior to Fleetpride, he held Warehouse Operation Manager at Avon Product and as Shipping Supervisor at NCR. He currently volunteers for nonprofit organizations including CARE International, United Way and Habitat for Humanity, Rony Delgarde earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a BA in International Business, graduated from the Gwinnett Neighborhood Leadership Institute and the United Way Board of Directors Involvement Program. Major assets to being prepared to successfully establish Global Paint for Charity, Inc. was Delgarde's training at the University of Georgia's Small Business Development Program in Non-Profit Management.
