  Johnny Celestin is a highly qualified Senior Executive with intensive international expertise in Administration and Operations gained in competitive Services Industry, NGO and the public sector. He is an entrepreneur and self-starter with a proven record in successfully launching, motivating cross-functional teams and operating new initiatives.

  He has equal experience in the private sector as well as the Not for Profit. He has worked for firms like Accenture and Empire Blue Cross, and Foundations like Robin Hood and Atlantic Philanthropies. He was the founder of the Haitian Fund for Innovation in NY and the Center for Innovation and Management in Haiti. He is an entrepreneur that has started a number of successful businesses in the US and in Haiti.

  Johnny currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation and a member of the Prime Minister’s cabinet and Private Secretariate.
