We understand how stressful it can be when a loved at home one needs medication and cannot afford it. Our mission is simple: a payment network facilitator that provides a simple and low-cost solution for paying for those prescriptions.
What is Glodeon?
Glodeon is a payment network facilitator that allows you to directly pay a pharmacy in the Caribbean for your loved one's prescriptions. Unlike traditional transfer payment networks that charge a large fee to wire cash, or a percentage of the amount you send as a transaction fee, we charge a flat rate of $4.50 per transaction.
We understand that when those you care about are in need, time and cost are factors that can stand between their health and the medication they need. We don't think you should have to pay a fortune to provide the funds necessary to pay for prescription drugs.
We make it simple, through our network, to transfer funds from your credit card, debit card or bank account to a local pharmacy in the Caribbean, where your loved one can go to pick up their prescription.
How Does It Work?
A licensed doctor writes a prescription for their patient. The patient then makes a request through our website for a friend or relative in the Diaspora for payment. The person in the Diaspora receives the request, and makes a payment on our website or through one of our Agents. Once the payment is confirmed, we pay the pharmacy and the prescription is filled.
If a loved one requests your assistance in paying for a prescription, you simply log on to our website from the comfort of your home and make a secure payment. A $4.50 fee is added to the cost of the prescription. less
